The latest product therefore fits perfectly into SYNAXON's managed services portfolio, which is made available to SYNAXON partners.

With the increasing threat of cyber attacks, the security of sensitive data is of the utmost importance for companies. SYNAXON offers a solution that supports IT service providers in maintaining an overview of their customers' security situation and communicating necessary measures quickly and efficiently. Without up-to-date knowledge of the status of the IT landscape, there is a risk of being left in the dark. The Lywand platform automates many of these tasks and ensures that IT service providers are able to serve more customers in less time.

Monthly management reports provide an understandable summary of the current security situation, including history. The platform can also be seamlessly integrated with ticketing systems.
