Lywand enables integration of Datto Autotask PSA
Integration into workflows allows more efficient implementation of security measures
From now on, IT service providers, MSPs and MSSPs can connect Lywand's automated security solution with their ticketing system Autotask PSA from Datto. The security measures recommended by Lywand based on a security scan can thus be easily integrated into existing workflows and managed centrally. The feature is now available to Lywand users free of charge.
With Lywand's SaaS solution, IT service providers, MSPs and MSSPs can carry out automated security audits for their customers. As a result, they receive an IT security rating on a scale of A-F, along with recommended improvement measures that can be transferred to the so-called renovation plan.
From now on, IT service providers using Datto Autotask PSA can integrate the tasks involved in this into their ticketing system and thus into their usual workflows. The solution's own renovation plan, which includes a list of all planned measures, will be deactivated in the process. Instead, all improvement measures are managed as tickets in Autotask PSA.
Possibility of adaptation to service level
IT service providers can customise the ticket creation to the customer-specific service level.This is particularly interesting for MSPs who have integrated regular security audits into their managed services packages.
For example, MSPs choose to maintain a "C" rating for standard service level contracts at all times, but the rating is usually higher for premium contracts with more included services.
MSPs can easily define this individually in the user interface by selecting the rating that should always be guaranteed. Lywand's platform ensures that after regular scans, only the measures that uphold this rating are exported to Autotask PSA and transferred to tickets.
